Earlybird Submission is now Closed!

We are very pleased to have a total of 178 proposals from 144 unique speakers at the end of the earlybird submission.

There ar a lot of quality proposals and we think we would be able to select & give a final confirmation to at least 25 proposals.

Right now each stage is busy reviewing the proposals and giving more feedback to the submitters.

We are trying to make sure every submitter has got

  • enough feedback (at least 2 reviewers),
  • sufficient time (at least 48 hrs) to update their proposal/s based on the feedback
  • and at least 2 feedback-update iterations

By 10th Oct, each stage will produce a list of sessions from their stage with reasons stating this proposal should:

  • 110% be in the conference
  • 200% be rejected

Rest of the sessions might still need improvement and we’ll give them more time.

P.S: If you’ve not got any feedback for your proposal, start bugging the stage producers.
